need to vent! sisters birth gone horribly wrong!

My. Sister in law is a size 0 no matter what she ate she has never gotten any bigger. While she was pregnant she was still in her pregnancy jeans and eating more than her husband lol! Anyway! She goes into labor and ends up being in labor for 24 hrrs in the hospital. The epidural didn't work for her so she was in a lot of pain. Here's where the story gets bad. She pushed for 4 hours! The baby was stuck under her pubic bone. So instead of doing a c section the dr says well he's stuck his head won't pass the pubic bone so were going to suction him out. So doc tries to suction an the baby still won't come out so he starts shaking the sucker to pull the baby out so hard that he was lifting her poor body off the table! He decides NOT to give her an epesiotomy and pulls and pulss an finally the baby comes. He ripped her from front to back. Literally from vagina through anus! They had to repair her anus! So then she hemmorages (spelling) an she almost dies on the bed. On top of that baby has neck damage and a broken collar bone. After all this happens the dr finally says how sorry he is that it went down like that. He says he should've done a c section. A little late to feel bad now asshole! I'm so upset because she is hurting really bad and on top of her hurting the baby hurts too. She had to get a blood transfusion an can't even get up by herself. No one shoud ever have to go thru what she did!
