I am. He's pushed my last button. I mean come on, its your property, you should do your job and fix it up the way its supposed to be. Threatening to evict me and my family because I made a complaint about finding mold growing in the walls, is Not going to solve your problems. It was the same thing when you got my complaint about the bed bugs, which still has not been taken care of, when you know we have 3 kids and you know we don't have the money to up and move. Really, your landlord of the year.

Call the city inspector. The landlord has to provide a fit environment for you since you pay rent to him.
we had mold growing on our walls.. i called the landlord immediately. his maintenance guy would come & bleach the wall..thats IT! i would call the landlord & complain right away, he said mold gone & to call when it comes back.. mold KEPT coming back. he refused to do something about it. everyone told us to call the health dept / building inspector so we did. They tested the mold & sent the landlord a letter saying that he need to fix the problem ASAP. the next day CPS was at my door & they took my daughter away because of the mold. took us 2 weeks to get her back! it was a nightmare & embarrassing. i would find a way to get money & move. don't take the chance!
I have talked to the housing authority, they have already stated that if the bed bugs were a problem before we even moved into this place, then they are the landlords problem. Its the landlords job to get the exterminator for the infestation, and since we have only lived here for 2 months and were living with my in laws before, with absolutely No bug problems [since they are rather wealthy and clean people], the bugs were in this building before we started renting.

Mold is a landlords problem. Bed bugs are not. Landlords aren't required to provide bug extermination. But your landlord should call a restoration company and have them come check out the mold to see how bad it is and what kind of treatment is needed. If its bad enough he needs to contact his homeowners insurance and see about getting the mold medigated.

Yeah, my mom might have to take my kids for a couple months, which isn't too bad because my oldest is in preschool, but it will be out in april, and my youngest are almost one, the only sucky part is she lives in cali and we live in penn. /: But I'd do anything to make sure my children are safe and healthy before leaving them in this until we can start looking for a new home.

Renters need to take care of the property as well.
I am a landlord and thankfully our tenants are clean. The issues they have had we fixed right away. Our renters took it upon themselves to change our backyard for some reason but other then that they have been great and I am thankful!

Okay, so having bed bugs in an apartment we're renting THAT WERE HERE BEFORE WE MOVED IN makes us dirty people? Well excuse me, I guess the cleaning I put into my house on a daily basis obviously isn't doing sh*t but making people call my family dirty. WE ARE CLEAN PEOPLE THANK YOU. I have never been a dirty person, nor will I start now. I make sure dishes are clean, I make sure rooms are clean, I make sure my children are bathed and pampered every single day of the week. So before you assume we aren't clean people, get to know us better before jumping in an saying we're not.
The bed bugs Are this landlords problem, why should my family shovel out thousands of dollars to take care of an infestation that was here before we even moved in that should've been taken care of before we moved in in the first place?
Obviously some people on here want to start crap, because assuming something before even asking is childish. Thanks.

I'm a landlord, and I'd want to know about mold, definitely. Bedbugs? Not legally my problem. How do you know they were there before you moved in? Just because you didn't notice them before? It's entirely possible you just didn't notice them...they can take a while to get bad. And if you knew about them, why did you move in? I guess I'm a little confused.
BTW, I provide an exterminating service to my tenants, but it is THEIR responsibility to make the call and meet the guy. And bedbugs are HARD to get rid of.
