It doesn't sound like she's being molested. It sounds like she's willingly having a sexual relationship with him. Yes, I know due to her age it is illegal, but it does sound like she's doing it willingly. He's still scum for doing anything with a 14 year old...

I would call the police the next time she spends the night with him there is no reason for a 14 year old to spend the night with someone that age alone. If they are not the parent.

No one should be giving a 14 year old alcohol.

At 14 she is not an old enough to make a decision to have sex, that's why there are laws against it. Older men groom their victims, telling them that they love them, making it right. Call cps on this pedophile.
