im mobile or id google for this. But has anyone done a sucessfull detox/cleanse. Ive been dieting/exercising and still feel like crap and cant loose weight. Ive done ones from gnc before and they helped, but cant afford those now, so im looking for ones that youve done yourselfes at home... Thanks ladies:-)

no like a seven day cleanse. Ive been on a cleansing diet for six weeks, and all its done is make me feel crappier, and not loose weight. I went from feeling normal to having very bad stomach pains non stopp,

I know a 7 day cleansing diet but that's all I know :/ sorry! But it'll make you loose 10 pounds or more in those 7 days & it's not to bad..
Here it is if you wanna try it. Sorry I'm not more help..
Drink 10 glasses of water a day
Day 1: eat only fruit except banana's
Day 2: eat all the vegetables you want. Cooked or raw. Eat until your stuffed. Start the day with a bake potatoe for breakfast for your complex carbohydrate for energy. Can add one spoonful of butter
Day 3: only fruits & vegetables. As many as you want. No banana's yet & no potatoes this day.
Day 4: eat as many as 8 banana's & drink milk.
Day 5: eat 10 ounces of beef & 6 tomatoes.
Day 6: eat beef & vegetables
Day 7: eat brown rice, and drink fruit juices
Stay away from alcohol the full 7 days. You will wake up 10-17 pounds lighter this day

hmmm thats interesting. Lol. Ive been on the cleansing phase of the sbd, what my nutritionist reccomended, for six weeks now, and nada,

Thats crazy. Ive actually tried this one before and it does work. It says you can use it as often as you want & if you want to loose more weight you just repeat it.
