Quoting mylilgooberpea:Have you tried at home ovulation tests? if not i highly recommend clear blue digital. you dont have to interp if the second pink line is as pink as the control line or close enough. Or look at charts online and think ok i might have ovulated here, especially if your AF is irregular. it gives you a circle for no LH surge (hormone that is always in your body but a surge makes your body begin to ovulate,) and a smiley face for your having a high surge of LH. You have 2 days of a surge usually thats the best time to get preggo. Having sex too much or having your SO get himself off alot or even the same day actually decreases the amount of sperm and the quality. so more sex isnt always the answer. have your man not take uber hot showers or after youve DTD dont take hot hot showers yourself sperm dont like to be hot, it actually kills them off. no hot tubs or saunas, and tell your man no tighy whiteys. the farther away the testicles are away from his body the better.
After you DTD put a pillow under your bum for 15 min or as long as you can stand it. let that sperm sit there and have it easy staying in there, dont just jump up and clean yourself. make sure you get off our big O actually has a sucking motion and the mucus it generates actually helps give the sperm a ladder of sorts into your cervix.
Hmmmm thats all i can think of now..... oh maybe have you and your man cut down on the caffeine, caffeine and sperm dont mix? I dont know if thats just a myth but hey cant hurt to try it right?

Thank all of you its not easy trying to concieve for me i have pcos and its like hell to get pregnant 2 years and no success i will be trying all the methods and giving others 100th chances
well as you know that's the problem. isn't that the one where you have infrequent periods & long cycles? what medicine has your dr. given you to try to regulate it? and what makes you think you're ovulating during your cycle? i think with PCOS it's not uncommon to have late ovulation but then it doesn't give you much of a chance of staying pregnant if you get pregnant. i think Clomid has worked for some but it does overstimulate your ovaries. i know with Kaiser after a year of trying you can go to an infertility specialist however it may not be covered by your insurance which means a dr. may not help you. a cheaper alternative is trying to do an IUI which you could look around for a place to do it & see what's required.
I'm sure you're familiar with this but it's imperative you get your PCOS under control to help in getting pregnant.
After 2 years , I would seek some advice. Have you and your husband been checked out?
