does anyone know an effective method to get pregnant

I agree, when we were TTC I used home ovulation test and I did the whole pillow under the bum for 15 minutes after sex. I also used an app on my phone to track my period. Three months later we were pregnant.

Hmmmm thats all i can think of now..... oh maybe have you and your man cut down on the caffeine, caffeine and sperm dont mix? I dont know if thats just a myth but hey cant hurt to try it right?

YOu need to see a dr.  My dr lets you try for a year and then wants to see you.  Also you need to track your cycles, know when you ovulate.  (: good luck.

Right after sex, like right after, throw your legs completely straight up in the air. I got pregnant in 2 weeks doin that!

At least I know I wasn't the only one with the smart ass switch turned on!!! Lol

my doctor refused to let em take clomid because risk of multiples is high for me but i have no problem with thaT.

 well as you know that's the problem.  isn't that the one where you have infrequent periods & long cycles?  what medicine has your dr. given you to try to regulate it?  and what makes you think you're ovulating during your cycle?  i think with PCOS it's not uncommon to have late ovulation but then it doesn't give you much of a chance of staying pregnant if you get pregnant.  i think Clomid has worked for some but it does overstimulate your ovaries.  i know with Kaiser after a year of trying you can go to an infertility specialist however it may not be covered by your insurance which means a dr. may not help you.  a cheaper alternative is trying to do an IUI which you could look around for a place to do it & see what's required. 

 I'm sure you're familiar with this but it's imperative you get your PCOS under control to help in getting pregnant.
