OK. Since I just moved into this house I have mopped the floor in the kitchen 4 times a day, yes my kids have spilled things but even when they don't after I mop it it is still sticky and my feet sticking to the floor is driving me crazy. As soon as it dries it's sticky. I've used different types of cleaners, I've used plain water I've used mops I've got on my hands and knees and scrubbed. Idk what to do someone please help?

Do you have linoleum, vinyl, old peel and stick?  I would maybe try a rug, or a couple of rugs, because it sounds like it's the floor itself.  Unless you're able to replace, hit the thrift stores or the Habitat for Humanity Re-store for rugs, carpet remnants, or even new flooring supplies for lower cost.

I agree with Tigress. Scrub the floor really good and let dry then wax it. I use future shine. You can get it at Walmart. Works wonders and you get an awesome shine.

I think wax might be what's making it sticky, so I would try re-waxing it. Or use a wax stripper. If you use ammonia, which is cheap but very noxious, be very very careful and follow the directions on the bottle exactly. Do not mix ANYTHING with it. Someone may have waxed a floor that shouldn't have been waxed. Be careful and good luck.
