Do we report this?

DH and I have been receiving FS for a little over a year. The original amount ($367)went down when we both started working. The company DH worked for was sold a week ago and DH's last day will be Friday, May 11th. Do we report this to DSS or not? Thanks to DH's coupons  we have a stockpile of food, cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Yes, it should go back up but also failure to report ANY changes can cause you to lose your aid. It even has a question "has anyone stopped or started working" at least in Cali 3 years ago.

Exactly. If you want to receive public help you should always be truthful about any change and report it right away. They will take it away if don't.

Agree with all the ladies it's best to just report it as soon as possible to avoid any issues especially with the government.
