Thanks to this damn child support issue, and someone lieing to my husband about the amount he could pay to keep from revoking his license, we have officially lost our home, my car and eveeythibg we have worked hard for. My kids are going to be on the streets, and there is nothibg we can do about it. No one will help him and now my kids have to suffer for it. Its always the poor that catch the flack for those who manipulate the system.

In sorry, but maybe he should have found out the truth/facts instead of taking someones word on it.

Thank ladies. We have been trying for 8 years to get some proof and legal help, but they kept giving us the run around, and constantly lieing to us about the case. The mother lied on my husband just to spite him. She told them he was violent, and we have been together 8 years, and he has never even raised his hand to me or the boys in anger. Hes a good man. Im hoping that this lawyer can and will help that we are going to see tomorrow. My parents offerrd to get is a camper trailer for him and i to stay in, our boys to stay in their house. At least for a while, but being the mom i am, i dont like the idea. I want my boys with me. They are all i live for. Im looking for a place now. Foreclosure on the house is set to begin the first week of june. It saddend me that the mother of the other child, and the city we live in doesnt care about the wellbeing of another child. I wish the mother knew exactly what her denial of a dna test has done to her daughters "little brothers". This world makes me feel like we are all doomed to suffer. That the people who try to do the right things only get ground to the dirt, and those who do nothing to better themselves and their families, get exhaulted.

We were inder the impression it was coming out of his unemployment from january-march, and no one told us it wasn't. The unemployment office didnt, neither did child support recovery. Not one little 3 line note. 8 yrs of faithful payments, not knowing it wasnt being paid, he is instantly deemed a dead beat dad. No help, no support, and not a care in the world for tgose in the crossfire. Its sick.

They told him full benefits, then when he gets the money it was 464. (Full benefits were 570 something) abd it said other withholdings was 59.30 a week. We have been lied too from all sides. All of our hope has been drained from us because of this.

I am not sure how it works with the unemployment. I have recieved it from my sons father when he was on unemployment, but not sure how they do it.
