i am constantly feeling my daughters gums to see when her 1st tooth is coming (she is 8 mo.) well there is something sticking out on her bottom gums BUT its on the side. almost feels like a bone.

Its just the part of the tooth that's come thru first ...... the whole tooth doesn't come out all at once. Just keep an eye on it.
