Ok so long story short we had a major falling out with my family. they are drug addicts and alcoholics and plan violant and bad for my family.
When i refused to allow them to take my son last week they filed false CPS reports. I have talked to a case worker twice now, they have inspected our child and our home met with me and my husband.
These reports are BEYOND wrong. The case worker stated there is no case and they just need a doctor visit because part of the report stated we do not get our child medical attention when he is in desperation of it. He has allergies which we use OTC medication for per doctors request and he hasnt been since since October.
Is there a way to file harrassment charges, protective order... something? I want them to leave us alone. There is already a no tresspassing order because of a physical threat but it wasnt enough for a ppo. I want to ensure the safety ofmy family and stop this stalking behavior they are doing as well as false reports to cps when their agents could be use to help children who are actually in need.

Police issued a no tresspassing order for the threat. After that they reported to CPS saying all sorts of lies. With the very first visit she said she can tell my son has plenty of food to eat, a clean home, clean clothes, and is not beaten. She needed to meet with DH so she was back today. Again clean home, ect. Tomorrow my son has a doctors apt and once she gets the doctors report we can work on closing this case. But they filed a SECOND FALSE report yesterday even worse then the first one.
Is there a way to stop them from filing false reports? Is there a limit on how many reports they can file before cps stops responding?

I am not a big fan of cps but they are trianed.to recognise false reports i have had the same i would go to your doctor get the paperwork stating that family is healthy and nothing else needs to be done with that paperwork cps cant pursure you any farther its law i know done it i would honestly call or walk into a police station and talk to a officer and see where you stand on the whole subject and what you can do but be xareful

Not tell me who called but I told them I knew and gave them the name after the 2nd time of them coming to nothing they said if they get another call from this person they were pressing charges so I think they put one on her because I also requested it but couldn't get one without paying court fees
had they just said messy home, or whatever i wouldnt so offended not that my house is messy but whatever. but the things they are saying could cause problems for dh with work. hes military reserves and a government employee during the week. they are slandering both of us way beyong a normal bogus cps report

If you could file for harassment, it would probably stop a lot of people who do make legitimate cps reports just for fear of being sued, kwim?

im going to call our case worker tomorrow and ask about this but i wanted to try to find some information tonight. i know its my bio dad and his wife and possibly my mom. They have now filed 2 reports within the past week and our agent has so far proved every single one wrong.

sadly i don't think so as they cant tell you who is putting the report in so you have no real proof even thought you know who is doing it. All you have to do is watch your back for a little while and wait for CPS to get the false reports after awhile and you having a clean record of bill every time they will get tired of doing it or because they have to investigate when a report is in they may come out have some cookies and go. I had one person do it so much we where on a first name basis and even adopted a kitty from me when my cat had kittens always be polite and as much as you want to dont raise your voice or get mad it will give them ammo leave the room if you must i have had to deal with them for a year straight because some lady thought my son was to tiny. hubby went army and we pcs out of town that was the end of that chapter for us. also they cant physically go in your house without your permission you can deny them to your home show them the kids they will have to get a warrent to come in but if your all clean i always let them as its all in good faith but i have had some people tell they denied and they where to lazy to get the warrent
