Well I have known this guy from the campground for almost 5-6 years now we camp in the same area. Well one day my kiddo and I went to the park with him and his daughter at the campground and he asked me if he could have my number I never hesitated because I had the biggest crush on him and etc. well he texted me a couple days after giving him my number and than it stopped all of a sudden. Well than a few months after he texted me again and said sorry about that I work out of town and etc and than we started texting and calling each other again well it happend again we started texting each other and than all of a sudden jr stopped I think the last time I talked to him was in Feburay and it is now June. I've sent him text off and on and no response I just tried calling tonight to see how he was doing because we had major flooding in Duluth Mn and Superior Wi and it rang once and than straight to voicemail we don't see much of each other at the campground because we are so busy and etc but it's just heartbreaking to me when we both have interest in each other because we have voiced this before but nothing ever happens sorry for this not making any sense but I guess I really like him. What would you do in this situation??? :(

I'm sorry. It sounds like he has an on again off again girlfriend. When they are on he ignores you and when they are off he calls. I'd walk away from that one, he sounds like too much trouble.

The thing is he doesn't have a girlfriend never once have I seen him with his girlfriend that we have know each other 5-6 years we have known each other he does work for a big company that works in North Dakota.. I guess I'll just delete his number and when he texts me ill be like who is this. He may just be real busy to he works a lot during the summer and than off during the fall and winter months.. Hmmm

Ugh it's okay thanks for the advice it just really stinks! I have been single now for almost 5 years now it just sucks I have never been asked on a date no guys have ever showed intrest in me or etc I have tried going out meeting new people, dating sites nothing. :-(

I know I do it just sucks that all my friends are engaged or married and there is me who is a single mother with two boys Iove my boys more than anything I just wish I would have someone to share it with! My oldest sons father is getting married and my youngest sons father is engaged!! Just wish I had some good friends to talk to about this. It seems once a man is in their life or etc I'm invisiable :(

Don't let yourself worry too much after this unreliable guy.
For all you know he's been spending the time that you haven't been hearing from him in jail.
Go forward and move on. If he texts you again do not respond. I would even block his number from your phone.
