Do infants and toddlers need a bath every day in the summer? My kids are 8 months and 3 years.

infants, no. 3 year old, I would if they're getting really sweaty and/or dirty.

I only bathe as needed until at least a year.  My 3 yo needs AT LEAST three baths a day. lol  JK; I bathe my 3 yo based on how much of the backyard he's wearing.  I don't necessarily give him a bath every day, but when he really gets dirt; he does a "good job" at it. :-)

Not necessarily.  Depends on what they've been doing.  The baby definitely doesn't need a bath every day.  The toddler might if he gets super dirty.  But my granddaughter loves to play inside, and doesn't need a bath every day.

I personally do not think so unless they have really gotten messy either with dirt, sweat or poop.   They can be rinsed off every night and then an bath every 2-3 days with soap.

Not necessarily. But my 3 year old does get one every night. He needs it bc he plays outside a lot. My 8 month old gets one every other day more if needed.

My son is 15 months and unless he's been outside sweating and getting yucky, he gets a bath every other day. But he has super sensitive skin and gets rashes easily, so I can't give him a bath every day.

If its too hit out and my 4 yr old is inside all day then she gets bathed every other day. If she's out side gettin sweaty and dirty then it's everyday.

What about letting them play in the bath without soap every day? Oh and then using lotion..? They just love being in the bath and its a bedtime routine.

I misread that at first, thought you said once a year, LOL.
