22 weeks, problem with hip bone..?

So I'm 22 weeks with my second and last night my left hip bone ( butt) stated too hurt, very badly. It stills hurting this morning, I socked myself in salt's bath for like an hour. It's still hurt, I could bealy walk. Does anyone have this problem before? Any advices on this one? I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow if it doesn't stops tonight.

Sounds like the siatic (sp) nerve. normal but ask your dr to be sure.

I had sciatica through my whole 1st pregnancy. There are exercises and positions that are better than others. Sorry it sucks but the pain pretty much went away once he was born.

:'( I hope, it gose away soon. I have a part time job, but I can't work with this kind of pains thought. My friend picks jobs prenatal yoga for me right now. I heard that it helps

It helped me to roll up a hand towel and place it under my lower back while I was laying down. It was the only way I could sleep.

Thank you ladies!! I have ordered the prenatal yoga first step from amazon. I will start doing it tomorrow. The pains has gotten better since I have been doing lot of resting since last week.

Sciatic Nerve and the best thing you can do is gentle but deep streching. Feel better soon :)

yep. i gotten it with all my pregnancies. most of the time its just the sciatic nerve.

I found my chiropractor really helped with my pain. They were able to help keep things aligned while baby was growing. The sciatic nerve pain in pretty common.
