I was wondering if there where any other moms that after giving birth the lower center of the belly and boobs iched like crazy??? Cause mine are and its driving me insain and I dont know how to make it stop iching. I tryed palmers cream that ant helped :( does any one know the reasion it iches worse then it ever did when I was pregant? And is there any thing to make it stop iching?

Are you taking painkillers? Codeine makes people itch like crazy.

Could be painkillers (if you're taking any), dry skin, etc.

If you had painkillers during labor the effects can linger. Fentanyl made me itch like crazy all through labor, and the epidural made me itchy with my first, though not nearly as bad as the fentanyl did.

Dry skin can also cause itchiness. So can the hormone shifts after pregnancy.

I'd be concerned about it, if it's the tylenol causing it.

Tylenol is metabolized through your liver, and often tremendous skin itching is caused by liver problems.

I itched like the devil for a LONG time after each of my children was born. I found that if I just poured baby oil all over me at the end of my shower it really helped.
