Totally normal. Most people poop out whole corn and carrot pieces. Those are really hard on the digestive tract.

Maybe you should stick to cooked ones or chew them a bit longer.

I know it sounds wiered but maybe you should go to the restroom and just sit there and relax about 30 min after eating. Nothing will happen at first but eventualy your body might get used to going to the restroom. Maybe you don't go reguary because your body is not used to going...

Cut processed foods out of your diet and eat only raw and fresh foods. I try to eat raw and fresh most days until dinner time(with the exception of the protien on my salad) and I poo regularly 2-3 times a day. Dinner is generally meat and veggies with some occasional whole grain carbs. Good luck.
