OK so my 6 year old little girl lately has been crying over little things. If I just sternly talk to her she cries, If she thinks I'm mad at her she cries, If she even gets looked at with a stern look she cries, then there is the times she will come to my crying and she won't even know why. She has more of the i don't know cries than anything. she doesn't get into trouble that much. She is actually a very outspoken little girl and not a lot of things made her cry before. the stern talks never made her cry or anything before but I have been talking to her more gently when she does get into trouble.
My question is...is this just a phase they go threw? I know she is female and will have emotions that are strong but I didn't expect that till they hit puberty. Please no bashing this is my oldest child so I haven't dealt with this age yet. She is a very happy little girl with lots of friends I just don't understand where the strong emotions come from. Nothing in our life has changed, no one close to us has passed recently, I just don't understand. About the biggest change to happen is in a couple months our 3rd child will be born but she is so excited for her second little sister to get here so I don't think its that.
I just don't know what it could be. So please any ideas will be grateful.
