Date or Wait?

Should I date or wait on dating? I'm a divorced single mom raising 2 kids alone. I find it very difficult to date. When I tell a man I have kids and they have to come on the date with us I never hear from them again. I don't have a babysitter, can't afford to pay for a sitter and don't have many friends. So a babysitter is out of the question. I havn't been on a date or had a boyfriend in over a year. I have came to the point in my life should I date or wait till my kids are older or what? Any ideas or advice?

Maybe try dating single dads who can drag their kid(s) along too. no one will feel awkward then.

I would wait until I got my financial situation in order.  Just to the point where you can pay a regular babysitter to be able to go out on dates.

Yeah..I would never bring my kids on dates..unless I was alreadybin a pretty serious relationship. That'd just be weird and confusing for them

My kids ages are 8 and 11 yrs old. I really like what you said in the comment. Seriously thinking on waiting on dating until the kids are older and responsible.

Once the 11yo turns 12 im sure he/she could watch ur other one if u believe their responsible enough.. Not sayin for hours but ya know long enough for u to go out n grab a small bite to eat.. Oh n if a guy cant accept ur kids then u dont need him..

I wouldn't date a man who had to bring the kids on the date.

If I were to date a man who had children I wouldn't want to even meet the children until we had been dating for awhile. It is too confusing to the children to keep meeting people and then having those people be out of their lives.

If you can't get a babysitter then don't date.
