Idk if Im dumb or what,I bought the 9oz click n lock munchkin sippy cup for my son but it does not work! Do I have to cut a slit in it or how does this work?

make sure straw is attached properly and then try to drink from it yourself. There could be a kink in the straw somewhere. No cutting needed. Also try the bite and suck method.
