My kids have grown up and moved on, a few 100 miles away. My husband passed away last year so now it's just me and my pets. I came here to find some frends and company. Thank you

I am very sorry about your husband. Could you move closer to one of the children? You'll find company here and nice people, but it would be good for you to find friends in your real life. Join a religious group if you can, or volunteer someplace that catches your interest. Best of luck to you and ((hugs.))
