Please help any ideas would be great. i have been laid off from a great job for a yr now i took a low paying job that pays what my unemployment does but i took it to get off unemployment. i applied for childcare assistance because it cost me 185 per week for daycare and i only make 9 an hour. i was denied the childcare because my unemployment shows to them as income on top of my job!! wtf it will cancel out becauss of. my job. i cannot make it i cant even barely afford my bills and rent at this rate let alone 185 per week for daycare i will have to wait for a letter for unemployment but i cant wait 2 more paychecks which is 4 weeks what. do i do? i am lost

Do you have any family that can help with child care for a few weeks so you can get ahead?

does unemployement have to mail the letter? can u call tell them the situation & ask to either pick up the letter or have them fax it...
other than that... do you have friends or family to help watch the kids or borrow the money from?
is there a less exepensive day care that you can choose?

I use one of the cheapest daycares. i dont have people to help unless i move out of my apt and in with a family member. i can try talking to unemployment but i cant get down there cause i work the whole time they are open i guess i could call. i feel like everything that is going wrong is. if i worked second shift i could have my bf watch my son i would need to find a new job though. i feel really frustrated.
