DS has tiny bumps on him???

This started about 2 weeks ago down on his groin. It got real red and rashy so I put some cream on him. It didn't go away after a week of trying several things. Then it got really bad.
He had MRSA previously and it started to look puss filled so we took him to the ER. They gave him lotramin and bacitracin. It went away for the most part. Now its spreading to his body! I was thinking strep or chickenpox????

Heat rash?
DS(3) has little bumps too. Dr said its just a rash and keep him cool and dry. That might be it.

my daughter has 1 on her face that comes and goes. We thought it was a mosquito bite as we have all been bitten. I would talk to his dr especially if he had MRSA before.

I thought it may a heat rash at first but its spread out and we've had him inside all day and he woke up with it this morning

Well DS has been inside too and our AC is on full blast.

He's had it for 4 days now. Its not itchy or burning
