Suck on a peppermint or lemon. Munch slowly on saltine crackers before getting out if bed.

crackers at your bedside, small meals, but keeping something in your stomach at all times. Avoid acidic foods, but some pregnancies are like this til the end. I had hyperemesis and nothing helped. Good luck!

I'm so sorry. I went through this too. Having a couple of saltines before getting out of bed helped. Don't even raise your head up till you've had them. Gingerale is also hjelpful. Don't let your tummy get empty. Eat tiny bits of anything you can stand all through the day.Plain pasta and rice also helped me.

Ginger or mint tea is helpful.

try smoothies. I lost my appetite with both pregnancies and just didn't feel like eating. smoothies helped me a lot. also hard candies are good for sucking on. I also ate a lot of popsicles. it was really the only things I could eat and keep down without getting sick.
