Incision infected? I'm worried and freakin a little... gross pic, sorry

I got a tubal ligation done a week ago, well the incision looks infected to me but i'm not really sure how an incision is suppposed to look after a week and whats ok and whats not ok so i'm freaked out a bit because to me it looks gross. I took a picture of it, please excuse the grossness of it but i am worried and would like to know if anybody can tell by this pic if it looks normal or not. It has bled a little bit (no more than a paper cut or small glass cut), it stings a little and itches a little but the stretch marks around it are swollen and red. Some of the bluish/purple color is just the glue. Again i apologize for the gross picture.

There doens't appear to be redness or swelling, things I would look for.

Then I've never seen one of those incisions.

If it doesn't burn hurt itch swell puss or turn red I wouldn't worry.

Redness, hard to the touch, and swelling are usual symptoms of infection. Do you have strange colored puss coming from it? And, this may be gross, but does it smell bad? If so, get to a doctor right away. Infections in open wounds can lead to very dangerous situations if they are not controlled fast enough! Good luck mama!
