You are just going to have to make her.

Only put water in the bottle and she will give it up on its own.

Will power, be more stubborn than her, throw them away so you have no choice and can't give in. Everytime you give in it will make it that much harder.

If she can understand it, here's my suggestion

Start telling her that it's time to be a "big" girl and use a sippy cup/regular cup because new babies need her bottles so they can have their milk.

It worked for a couple friends of mine, it happened that they knew someone having a baby and they played along with receiving "the bottle gift" from a big girl

You could also make them disappear one by one over some time..offer a regular cup at meals, let her pick out a special cup.
Personally we weaned my boys before 1 to sippys. And to no sippys ( unless in car) by 2.

Best of luck

I have tried that, she doesn't care what's in the bottle, just as long as she has a bottle....

Gather them up and let her help you put them in a basket outside. Then tell her we will have to wait for the bottle fairy. Replace her bottles with a bunch of different types until you find one she likes. There are soft nipple tippy cups.
