Hi I was wondering if anyone is on the Nuvaring?? I was on it for 5 years before my first son had him, went back on it and then went off it and had my 2nd son. Anyway he is 10 weeks tomorrow and when I left the hospital they told me I could start the Nuvaring at 4 weeks. (I'm not BF due to medications I'm taking) so I took it out and got a light period and put another one in... But I'm bleeding again (brown blood) but not due to take it out till next sat... I'm not worried about pregnancy because hubby was using condoms (meds I'm
On makes the Nuvaring less effective so I don't even know why I'm on it)...
My real question is does anyone have breakthrough bleeding on the Nuvaring???

I'm on it. But that's never happened to me. What are you on that makes it less effective? Sorry, I'm just curious, if that's too personal, you don't have to answer.

Fioracet for my migraines. :( it helps them but the barbiturate part makes it less effective I guess... Good thing they told me!
