Boost mobile and straight talk are the cheapest but ask around about service cause not everywhere has service

Straight talk from walmart. The basic phone will run you $40, the plan is $30 per month and you can refill automatically or month by month.
1000 texts, 1000 minutes for basic
$45 gets you unlimited everything
If you're in an area that they don't cover, I think they have an agreement with verizon that your phone can use their tower. I have NEVER had an issue with my straight talk phone going out, EVER. And when I had AT&T it would go out on occassion.
