Lots of fun

We went shopping today and had a great time. There is no Belk's left where I live so I went down to my mom's house. There is a mall in Asheboro, NC. I was going to borrow her card anyway. I could charge it and get more discounts and then give her the money....which I did. She gave me money to get her an outfit too. Her criteria was "no black, no navy, no pink, no read. My mom is a very picky dresser. I finally found a pair of pants and matching top. Then dd and I went and got clothes, shoes and underwear. We were early enough(11am) to get door-buster discounts. Using my gift cards I got a pair of shoes and new purse and a new outfit as well as some Clinique make-up. DD got make-up too. I got DH a new pair of sneakers too. Then I took her to Staples to get her back pack. There were also some school supplies she "just had to have".  We went to a late lunch at about 2:30. All together I spent right at $250. She has all the supplies she needs and new clothes for the school year. I came home and took a nap and dd went to her babysitting job. BTW, mom did like her outfit.
