Well one trick I have was sliced carrots in miniture pancakes with a hint of salt the kids love it.

Jenna loves her veggies the only thing i have troble getting her to eat is meat. it worries me becaus shes been losing alot of wait i dont think shes getting enough protien she does eat it but not enough of it not like she should anyway maybe i'm just a worry wort lol she does go to school and her teacher says she eats real well maybe its just her losing her baby fat and she has been sick for over a month shes a preschooler now so maybe thats all it is all the running around prolly does it

Hide them in hot dishes. I also cook them with sauces. My kids love them fresh just as they are straight from the garden.

19 yr old will try anything once. 11yr old likes lettuce, peas, broccoli, corn and some peppers. Everything else I put in smoothies and they never know its in there.

I let DS pick whatever he wants from the produce section. If I don't know how to cook it - I learn!
