ETA**So. I only ever ever ever wear jeans, tshirts/ sweatshirts and nikes.
Tonight was a pinkys-out fundraiser for our school. I wanted to wear something different but not all out, since I had never been to it before.
I did put the outfit on, though, and felt I was pushing it.
Even though most of you poo pooed it, I'm 31- and this is really an average look in my area. Maybe we're behind the times lol? Idk...

Strange, I bought it in the adult section at Kohls. Funny everyone thought that was the most mature part lol!

Why would only a small frame make this acceptable if you are wearing tights with it?

I wore stuff like this in high school. I'm only 22 now but I would wear like tight skinny jeans instead of the skirt or a long dress & leggings with the boots. The skinny jeans tucked into the boots makes it look better
