I'm not sure what it us but it itches like crazy, and its tender to the touch. I'm pretty sure its MRSA, because its looks similar to the one on my leg.How do I Get rid of it?

You should make an appointment with your doctor, this is not e.r worthy unless it is red and warm to touch and spreading. We all carry some form of mrsa in us. You need an antibiotic like bactrim or clyndomiocin. It will not go away with out treatment. Place a warm compress on it several times a day. Also soaking the area in dreft baby laundry soap helps.
