Bridal Shower Gift??

My stepsister is getting married soon and I just received the invitation to her bridal shower. At the bottom of the invite it says "bride to be registered at ...". Now, this is their wedding registry. Do I bring a gift to her shower from the registry? Or a gift just for her and then later a wedding gift as well??

Thanks in advance for your advice :)

Usually shower gifts are just for the bride.

get 2 gifts off the registry. One for shower and 1 for wedding. People usually spend more on the wedding gift then the shower.

You can bring whatever type of gift you want.  That notation is to let those who want to purchase something she is registered for where to get it.

A smaller gift for the shower- from the registry if you want, and a larger gift for her wedding- from the registry is nice because you know it is what she wants.
