My 7 year old son has some mental problems like ADHD and others. He is on medication and goes to therapy but it doesn't seem to help. He is very aggressive to his older and younger sister, steals, lies, hides food he doesn't like and I find it molding in his room, pees and poops himself when he gets upset to prove a point,  slammed his for year old sister's finger in the door and the more she cried the harder he tried to shut it. It took the top of her finger right off and he didn't seem to care. Doesn't wash his hands after using the bathroom picking his nose and eating it and Etc. I don't know what to do anymore. He is to the point that no matter what I do for punishment he doesn't change or stop. He won't listen or follow the rules. What do I do with him? I love him don't get me wrong but I don't know what to do. My cousin is kind of the same way and is in a group home. Is that what my son needs? Everyone I ask says the don't know. Please help me!!!

What do they do at school?  What does his therapist say about it? if the therapist isn't being helpful for you, maybe it's time to find someone who is...

I have tried time outs, taking stuff away tv, toys, talking to him, spanking him everything. At first he might say that he is sorry and he won't do it again  but with in 2 min he's back to doing what he did before.

While I don't have much expierence with ADHD kids I do know a couple, and one tormented my daughter for three years, but your son't problems don't sound like ADHD to me.  I would advise getting another opinion  and then if it is the same diagnosis see if there is something else you can do because obvioulsy he is getting older, bigger, stronger and needs a change.

children with behaviors like this dont react the same to disipline as kids without disorders. You should have him diagnosed properly and find support groups to fit his disorders and find him a therapist who knows how to deal with your son properly and teach you how. good luck
