My boob hurts. :-(

Since having dd it's been off and on discomfort but right now it's so pailful I'm cradling it. No lumps, but the pain feels like its deep inside. Anyone else have this after kids? She's my second not my first and I never had this with ds.

I'm already planning to go to to the dr and the mammogram clinic.

I have a spot on my left boob that has hurt for about 8 yrs now .... I went to a breast care specialist bout 5 yrs ago they found the spot without me even tellin them where it was .... after a bunch of tests and xrays the doc told me it was nothing and that it was most likely an internal bruise and would go away on its own .... 5yrs later it still hurts not constantly pain is off and on sometimes no pain other times hurts to even walk or touch it .... I wish I could help u but a breast care specialist couldn't even help me =/

did you just have a kid?  Could be a clogged milk duct?  I had weird pains in the first eight weeks or so after delivery, was nursing, chalked it up to that but never sought help....had enough pain in other places and enough pain meds to get me through it.  this would be better posted in the babies forum maybe?

If you have large breasts, it might be the weight of them not being sufficiently supported by your bra.

They won't do a mammogram now --and cancer not only doesn't hurt, but it definitely comes with lumps.

I would think the pain is being caused by a clogged milk duct. I went through that with at least 1 of my kids.  But if you feel like its something that is serious, the only way you will get an answer from a doctor is if you make them do the tests and to keep after them if they say its nothing and you still have the pains.  Good luck. I hope you keep us posted on what you find out. :)

My doctors have told me pain is nothing to worry about with boobs. But watch yourself for anything else, lumps, unusual drainage/leaking, or change in shape or color.
