A bad stomach bug, gall bladder, appendix, acid reflux.  It can be alot of things.  There are no urgent care clinics for when you have off or you can go to after a shift?

This happened to me in July. I got brutally sick one day. It lasted about 6 weeks and the doctor could not find anything wrong. They assume mine was anxiety related.

That sounds horrible. I hope you get better soon. If it gets worse, go to the ER. They have to treat you even if you can't pay.

The problem is that it is not getting to the extreme of er care.it is like a chronic severe case of morning sickness but I'm not pregnant

I cut out junk food totally and tried to eat as healthy as possible. I tried to eat bland. No idea, how I got over mine but I went to a specialist because I could barely eat. It was miserable. I can get fine now....I just have to go easy on dairy and fried foods (which I don't really eat to begin with)

Have you tried probiotics? Oregano oil. Chamomile tea or black tea..or peppermint tea. Ginger. All should help?

Drinking ginger tea and probiotics helped too. I also upped my water intake.
