My youngest is two and has pink eye. We already have medicated drops from the pediatrician.
My MIL suggested we rub her diaper on her eye. She said it would clear it right up. Has anyone ever done or heard of this? Personally, I don't care if even the kids doctor told us to do it, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing something like that.

Breastmilk is what you do that with, not urine.
I think you pink eye from getting fecal bacteria in your eyes so I'm quite sure that won't work at all. lol
My father in law works with a man who sniffs urine because he thinks it heals things. I heard he even someimes drinks it. 
We just think he's crazy. I would never do something like that.

Like I said, I couldn't do it. It doesn't sound safe to me at all. MIL arguement is she did it to dh several times when he was little.
