Tell your doctor and make sure it is heart burn not reflux.   Then ask about zantac or the generic version Ranitidine for treatment.  That is what i had while pregnant and still use nearly 7 years later.

I had crazy heart burn with my DD because all I mostly ate was mexican food What helped me was DQ. I had an ice cream cone everyday. Just a reg. med. vanilla cone and it helped so much. But for late at night when it wasn't open I had to get my own tub for at home. Just in case. :)

Milk/dairy can make it way worse. Try tums.

No laying down for 30 minutes after you eat after meals.  Limit your pop intake.  Small frequent meals.  Some people limit coffee and tea.

I had heartburn with both, they weren't bald, but they weren't full heads of hair either.
