P.S. he has slept in bed with his brother plenty of times with no problems! He hates his toddler bed & as soon as I can I am getting him his own twin size bed.
How did he act was he alert after he woke up? Best thing you can do is keep an eye on him make sure he doesnt start vomiting or acting weird.. I have an 18 month old that climbs everything and shes had several falls and hit her head. One time required liquid stitches by her eye they said just to monitor her make sure she was alert as usual and didnt start vomiting or not wanting to eat or drink. Did his nose stop bleeding? poor kid...My oldest had a hard time with fallin out of bed when she went into a twin from her toddler bed.. I dunno whats with toddler beds my climber hates hers shes in a playpen now when shes not in our king size with us lol which is most nights lol.

I wouldnt worry then my daughter passed out when she gashed her eye the second I put her in her carseat she started gettin all wobbly...I raced over to the ER tried to wake her up in the cold wind she wouldnt wake up... I was a bit freaked I litteraly ran up three flights of steps with her and in the door lol I could barely talk they took her right in because she wouldnt wake up... but soon as they put a cold cloth on it to clean it up she was up and fightin... lol. I took her in cause it was so close to her eye and the bleeding just kept coming and coming...we had to hold her down for 10 min to put this medicine on it to stop the bleeding it was horrible.. It amazes me that she still is fearless she still climbs and falls and gets right back up and does it again.

I did get it to stop- actually without even really doing anything. He ended up climbing in my bed (full size) & fell back to sleep within minutes. I know his pediatrician has told me as long as I can wake them up I should let them sleep. His sister was once dancing on a table (at his age no less) & she fell & put a gash in her head. Doc didn't even want to see her unless she was vomitting, bleeding didn't stop, or I could see her skull (nope, stopped, & thank God no).
