I plugged my phone into my laptop to charge it when I did a message came on the screen saying windows encountered a problem with this storage device. So now it won't do anything except display that message. And the phone isn't even plugged in anymore! Seone help! Is there anything I can do or am I just screwed?

This happened to my husband but with the ipad instead of iphone. He called apple and they helped him fix it. Good luck!

how are you posting this if both devices are messed up?  I suggest you call tech services instead of posting to a website
