How old is he?
Does he have a fever?
How long has he been like that?

Does he have a fever?  If not do not give a fever medicine.   He could just have a cold and it has to run its course.  You can call in to his doctor to see what they say.   Sometimes a de-humidifier will help with the cough as well as baby vicks on his feet w/ socks on.

Not much you can do for them at this age if they have a cold. If there is no fever you don't need to do the Tylenol. Saline drops for the nose, clean the nose often with a bulb syringe. A humidifier where they sleep can help, and baby Vicks vapor rub on their chest at night too. Hope your LO feels better soon!

It sounds like it's just a cold and you will have to let it run its course, but if you're concerned, take him to the doctor. ((HUGS)) and hope he feels better soon! :)
