This is an incredibly interesting and alarming article! Not judging any mom or the choices she makes, but I feel EDUCATION is KEY!

We have a baby food mill, but we will probably do baby led solids and skip the liquid foods.

We made baby food for ds but did baby led solids with dd. My kids have never had jarred baby food.

I didn't do jarred food at all for my youngest. Much better. Baby led solids is the way to go.

The pediatrician insisted that I feed my first jarred food. By the time I had my second son I was more secure in what I knew to be right and made his meals with my baby food grinder.
