Do u ever feel like u need a break from being mommy for awhile? Because lately I've been so overwhelmed and frustrated that I need a break.

What do u do to relax? How do u relieve your frustrations?

I feel like I need a break sometimes. But we live over an hour away from anything so I don't have anywhere to go to get a break. I get an hour break when my three year old takes a nap.

I use to take advantage of nap times and after my son went to sleep at night.

I never felt like this- needing a break from being a mom, but I did feel the need to get out of the house into the real world.  It was sad that going to the grocery store was a relief. LOL!  I find reading helps.

My break time is after the kids go to bed.. And when My 3 yr old goes to school. Beyond that they are always with me. Ive been considering a YMCA membership. That way when I go work out they can go to the daycare. You could look into that. Also here they have a place called the Parenting Place. Once a week they have a group called Parent Connection. You get to sit and relax and talk with other parents while your kids have supervised play in the next room.

When my son was a baby -toddler absolutely. I felt like I was going to crack on some some days. I would either leave the kid with my husband or the nanny and just disappear for the day and do some shopping, go to spa or cafe. Meet up with some friends or even just have a quiet lunch by myself without a kid crying for a few hours.
