I am so TIRED!!! I have tried B12, coffee, energy drinks etc.

I have had my Thyroid tested and have had Hyperthyroidism in the past..however I went back about 2 weeks ago with the same symptoms as then and my blood work showed that my Thyroid  was fine.. I sleep OK at night, some nights good and some nights not so good, then there is even some not at all. I have even been on sleeping meds to help but they didn't!!!

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO, NOT TO FEEL SO TIRED DURING THE DAY?!?!

IS THERE SOMETHING THAT I CAN DO OR TAKE LIKE A HOME REMEDY THAT CAN HELP ME, REVIVE ME AND WAKE ME THE HELL UP???? LOL

*PLEASE HELP ME* :)

I was feeling tired, I did a juice detox, and it sounds funny, but exercise will give you more energy as well.

I suggest 20 mins of low impact cardio to start with

Some light exercise...if you start doing that every day you will (or should) get more energy!

I take a fantastic all natural vitamin that has made a HUGE difference in my sleep, energy levels...etc. It is called vitality6 with oligo!  The one I take is an a.m. and p.m. packets, so you are getting vitamins spread out like your spread out meals. Exercise is also key. :)

Are you depressed or feel down all the time? I went through your same symptoms and went to the dr several times and everything always came back normal but I was sooo tired I could barely keep my eyes open during the day. I was put on an anti depressant/stop smoking aid to help me quit smoking and wow, all of a sudden I felt great. Getting up early in the morning, full of energy, and staying up all day. I knew I was feeling down here and there but didnt realize I had depression. I dont like the side effects from antidepressants so I take something else from the health food store now. This may not be your issue but something to consider if you feel down or depressed.

YA I do take anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. Obviously, when I'm in that "Funk" is what I call it I don't sleep well at night and of course I'm tired all day. But even when things are going well for me I still feel this way.Come to think about I remember this happening ever since I was about 15-16 y/o...I'm always tired but like the woman stated below with the PMDD I do notice that the week of ovulation and the week of the visit from aunt FLO I'm even more tired...and ironically Aunt FLO started to visit me each month when I was 15...seems to fit! However some of the side effects from my meds are fatigue...so I don't know what the hell it is but I want it to stop!!! Its literally running and ruining my life. Its not like I can just lie down and rest anytime I want to bc I have a little girl that is turning 4 next month. I just nap when she does lol

Exercise, meditation or yoga (to handle stress), and getting some daylight each day are the things that help me the most.  I sleep much better when I do those things.  And healthy food during the day - avoid sugar, caffeine, carbs...things that give you temporary rush and then leave you more tired.

I have a thyroid condition too and many times my regular dr told me it was normal. Well so sick of being just plain exhausted i decided to go to an endocrinologist and sure enough my levels were not normal. The thyroid normal ranges have changed. You might want to see a specialist if you already havent. Yes exercise and diet play a big role in bein able to relax and sleep. Good luck to you.

An apple and water after waking up will give you more energy than any caffeinated drink. Exercise is also effective. Sorry you haven't found anything that works for you. Maybe someone in here has given you useful information. Also, if you aren't sleeping well I would recommend melatonin.
