how can I accommodate different eating needs within the family without making 2-3 separate meals. ( I need to gain weight and dh and dd needs to lose weight)

I can't wait to get a copy of this. This will make meals so much easier and a variety and so cheap to do also. I hope we get this book before my fiance's next payday so we can have a variety of foods besides meatloafs, sandwiches, eggs, tuna salad and such. I just can't wait to see what is in store with this book. :D
