Where can i get thin colored elastic for headbands?
I'm looking to make headbands but I can never find colored elastic in store.
Everyone online charges way too much! I'm thinking I maybe be over looking, but when I ask someone who works in the store if they have any, I get an "oh I'm not sure"
I've tried walmart, target, hobby lobby, micheals, joanns.
Any suggestions on where to look or where you have found colored elastic?
