My dd is going to be six next month, and she is out of control!! I know that she has ASD, but mild, and I refuse to blame everything she does on this! she screams at me all the time, throws things slams doors, refuses to eat, and shows no REAL remorse for things she does. (will throw her boot in my face, when she is reminded that is NOT ok and put in time out, she will say she is sorry, but then come out of time out and scream at me, or grunt at me shake her head in a sassy way)...she is flatly defiant, will look in my eyes and tell me NO, or withdraw and go to her room and no respond at all. I am done done done period the end. I have never in my life allowed ANYONE to physically and mentally abuse me, why on earth is SHE?!!! Again i get SOME of her behaviors come from the ASD, but there must be something the therapist can help me!!! im at my whits end!
