Maybe try that foot cream for cracked heels, with some soft fuzzy gloves on? Not sure, I've never had that problem..

Either get Vaseline or some good lotion. Slather it on to where you have a layer of it on your hands then put some gloves on and sleep with them on.

I have to use a "better" quality lotion during the winter or else I have the same issues.  I switched to Gold Bond at night and that does help.  They make a hand lotion that is amazing.

You need to apply lotion after every hand washing.  You also need to protect your hands from the cold as much as possible--this is easily done by wearing gloves every time you are outside.

Avoid the use of hand sanitizers---this is just alcohol which will futher dry out your skin.

Almond oil or jojoba oil is very moisturizing for the skin

I have the same issue, this lotion worked the best for me. also, wearing socks on your hand like pp suggested really helps. if you prefer, bath and body works also sells gloves, and those helped me too
