Spring Cleaning Challenge Day 3: Empty That Junk Drawer

Posted by   + Show Post

Welcome to Day 3 of the Spring Cleaning Challenge!

We all have one - a mystery drawer filled with odds and ends that haven't really been seen since 1992. Now's the time to get to the bottom of it, literally, by cleaning it out and organizing what remains.

  • Dump everything - yes, everything! - onto your table or counter.
  • Throw away any garbage such as dried up pens, leaky batteries, etc.
  • Sort out things that belong somewhere else like loose screws, office supplies, etc.
  • Put what's left back into the drawer in an organizing tray to keep things sorted and contained.

Where do you secretly stash assorted stuff?
Do you have an overflowing junk drawer?
Is your junk drawer in your kitchen or elsewhere?

We have a junk drawer in the kitchen that DF cleaned out last month and luckily we are still keeping it good! Yay! I do need to go through the junk drawer in my room though. It is little so not too bad.
