As an advocate for natural solutions, I recommend a natural alternative to #13  on that report.  Taking a quick refresh break doing something physical such as a mini trampoline or going outside to get some fresh air worked for one boy with whom I worked.  Ten minutes tops is all it takes.

So glad you posted these tips. I have a great person for anyone with ADHD/ADD or Autism to talk to. I also have an essential book for all parents to read, especially those with kids with ADD/ADHD/Autism/bi-polar, etc and on medications. It is possible to get them off medications if you do what my friend & nutritional counselor says. Focus becomes amazingly clearer too!
