The best way to dust

What is the best way to get rid of dust. I feel like I'm just moving it around. I'll dust one room and by the time I'm done its dusty again. Is there anything out there that dust will cling to without landing on something else? Small problem but its so frustrating.

Do you have central heating/air conditioner? If yes, check your air filter... My friend was having this same problem til she replaced the filter, now it's better!

Check your filter for or ac heat
Ing hit you know the large vet that takes in air in the house. Getting a good filter will help cut down on the dust. Vacuum daily an air purifier. Wash drapes.

I have register heat. I vacuum daily but I can't seem to keep up with the dust.

I hope that getting new flooring instead of carpets will help with this problem, especially in the bedroom. It is too soon to say, yet.

Endust helps make dust cling to dust cloths.

If you have one room that you want to keep dust free, a room air cleaner can help as long as you keep the door shut to the room. I used one in the bedroom for a while and it really helped, but it was too hard to keep the bedroom door closed with the cats in and out.

First I use the swiffer duster, then I use Pledge with a cloth diaper. After dusting the furniture, I vacuum. I use the swiffer about twice a week, vacuum every other day and use the pledge once a week.

I use a wet rag and just get a new wet rag when one gets full of dust.
