You can get free legal counsel from Legal Aide, they have an office in most  cities.

It might be difficult to prove him wrong.   Have you got a doctor's report or  some other type of documentation?

Is English not your first language? I'd get an attorney who can easily go back and forth with a language barrier if it's necessary and that will help.

The statement "there proff her is lying" I am stumbling over. Is that to say that there is proff that he is lying? If there's proof that he lied GET AN ATTORNEY!!! Get it in front of the judge ASAP!

We really knowlittle to nothing about your case from this and an attorney can help you far better than we can.
